We Stand By Our Design Work
When your CD-ROM or web project is completed, Alpha Dog doesn't just pack up their laptops and go away. We stick around for awhile to make sure our work is working as planned. Warranty periods are based on the size of the project usually ranging from one to three months after the project is delivered.
So what does that mean?...
So Alpha Dog claims they'll stick around for awhile. So do other companies.
While we don't know about how other companies handle project completion, we know what we need to do.
Your warranty period allows for problems to be discovered by a wider audience. The hope is that every problem or issue is caught before we launch the site. Usually, that is the case. But on that rare occassion, we want our customers to know that Alpha Dog is still there to fix those issues immediately, at no charge*. The warranty period provides the comfort of knowing that a solution to a post-launch issue is just a phone call away.
